Well lets see, it’s been a week and i havent posted anything. And i realised in the previous posts i have been lazy. i haven’t been starting each sentence with a capital letter so i’ll start now. well maybe except for the letter “i”.
Well…. Pastor Rose and her team -Issac, Sexy, Sharon and Lee Cheng- came down to Singapore over the weekend. And it was a blast. <—–yay “sounds” super exciting haha. OK! How bout i give a very very quick thingy on them? Pastor Rose = Fierce, preaches with passion! Issac = Funny, looks like prince & plays the guitar. Sexy = DIE HARD HOLLAND FAN!!!! Sharon = quiet. Lee Cheng = Loud? not sure.
I realised on thursday that i have 2 pesentations and a test today. then i was like Oh Crap. No time no time no time. i had 2 weeks of holiday and i can’t believe that it slipped my mind. It’s a first for me. i was like super stressed.. like ultra stress. And when i’m stress i won’t like try to solve it immediately. i will like back out; watch some online videos; drink coffee; play some games, before getting back to it. Kinda weird if you ask me. But thats just the way i am.
Something really freaky happened on friday night. After dropping audrey right, as i was turing out, the entire place went like BLACK BLACK BLACK. Ber and i freaked out lah. It kinda felt like the end of the world. seriously it was freaky.
Man my spending this month like cmi. Really cmi. i have 20 bucks left for th rest of the month. REALLY CANNOT!!!! THIS M”UST STOP!
After bathing, i was deciding on what to wear, after choosing, i slid the the back.
Before i knew it the door slid out of its goove and onto my right feet. literally sliding over my 2 small toes. amazingly i didnt shout or scream or whatever. then there i was in my underwear, trying to control the pain. wah lau super pain. i sat on my bed for like 5 minutes plus. super super painful. it happened on saturday and its still swollen and bleeding. wth!
during the service when boss was describing how the new cafe would look like right and he was like comparing between the new cafe and the cafe up in mount sophia. then i remembered something. my very first visit to church (mount sophia) and i was asked by angie to help her carry the fridge up.
i think the most inspirational match of the Euro2008 so far would be turkey vs the czech republic. go and watch.
no im not refereing to the hillsong song. bryant is enlisting into the army tomorrow. its a sad and gloomy day. but fear not, i wont cry. i wonder how my parents feel. i wonder how da sao feels. i wonder how he feels. dont know…..
well anyway yesterday was auntie leahs birthday. it was quite fun =) but the food was abit disappointing. the food at Outback Steak House has deproved. i mean in terms of taste. and we had a special guest. it was Ann. no not terence’s or alex’s new girlfriend. but it was our tuition teacher of old. man she has really really slimmed down. like alot alot. but she is still rich haha. i won’t say why…
oh oh oh last saturday, i made dalton sim squeal like a little girl. from the very very brief drawing above. you could sorta predict what would happen lah. but it really was super duper luper funny. but the beauty of in was in the planning. like when i saw him walking behind me(quite a distance) i just went and hid behind the curtain without even thinking. ahha like i was born to do this kinda thing you know? sorta like an instinct. hahaha. if you ask the right person, he/she will tell you that he/she did something(s) that made me scream like girl too =) not telling who. i am seriously not “fierce” at all.
and on the same day, during cafe i did someting that i never thought i’d do. well it kinda goes like this. Andy had to leave early for some wedding dinner with dave. then straight after singing, i went to “do cafe”. and by then five orders have already been placed. and when i was like “ok lets do this”, the money box was missing, so i went looking for the money box. and by the time it was found, kinda like 10 orders have already been placed, and they haven’t gotten their change and in addition many people were getting ready to order. and i only had marcus and josiah (thanks for helping). so i did a few things all at almost the same time.
- give those who ordered first their change and their order
- tell marcus and josiah what to do
- take new orders
- stop them from flooding me with orders
- check stock (food), to see how many left
- remember who hadn’t received their orders
well and before i knew it the food was gone, in 20 minutes. well i dont know why i did it, i dont know how i did it, but it was kinda fun. i felt energized, i felt alive. maybe i should do it again. maybe i shouldn’t who knows?
watched the happening with boss today. totally not worth reviewing so i won’t.
