Its crazy i tell you. 16 weeks of school compressed into 14 weeks! Oh and on monday i have 8 hours of the same lesson. Really organism. But in spite of all the maddness, class has been really fun, all the hacking and all that. Like on the first day the teacher reminded us about our oath. “i mervin poh yilong hereby swear that i will not use the skills i have learnt blah blah blah’
Wow daddy had this craving for chilli crab today. so he went to buy chilli crab. wohoo uber shiok! havent had chilli crab in a ling time! i ate like 4 pincers haha so pig! cannot take it but who cares? nobody eats the pincers anyway.
Wow i really think this series is really useful. Cause alot of my friends are getting into relationships and they keep asking me what to do. And i decided not to say “chill” so i tried to siam their questions first. ahah at least now i know something. so can share properly! Well its a really great message that God has planted into rhordans heart!
And i think i have been quite good with God’s prompting. Cause it has been easier to follow the prompting nowadays! and it feels good haha. although some areas need more attention.
As i move towards a cleaner and greener lifestlye, i have totally cut down on gassy drinks! ts been quite a while since i had my last gassy drink!Good on you merbin! Well guess the next step would be chips and ice cream. i’ll try that.
School starting on monday. i cant want for school to not start! wohoo! sounds fun.
- Things i’ve learnt from the entire GC module:
- i think i am more close to the GC people compared to my normal classmates. They are really really friendly. And i can really just hang out with them haha.
- i am really really blessed to be born in Singapore. I really can’t imagine how life would be like if i were to be born there.
- The people there are really sincere.
- They are very keen on learning. Even if its just a half chance they will grab it.
- I learnt that we weren’t there to paint a school but actually connect with the local students. And just get a feel of what it’s like there.
- They treat us like royalty(when they did that i felt really really bad!).
- Expect the unexpected there.
- Teachers there earn USD$24 a month
- A 4 star general gets $USD48 a month
- Globalisation causes alot of social problems
- They have alot of rhythm.
- They have an insane amount of energy. played soccer for 6 hours straight with them. crazy i tell you.
- There are alot of people out there that really need help!
