Being the introvert that i am, i didn’t have anything to say during the debrief for the game yesterday, so when went home i suddenly had alot of things in my mind. what the people said earlier was really valid? But i think that for our group a person who can give clear and simple instructions would have been better. Or even a person whose thinking is similar to the person on the chair would have been better than a person who communicates well? So i think that in leadership, there are different leaders for different jobs and that. Or a specific leader for a specific job? Which ever way you look at it…. Like our leader for that game, She is an excellent verbal communicator but she might not have been the best non verbal communicator?
The leader should always remind us about our strategy.
